Pack Green Coalition Submits Comments to GSA on Reducing Single-Use Plastics

The Pack Green Coalition is thrilled the Administration is moving in the right direction when it comes to eliminating unnecessary single-use plastic packaging and is proud to be a part of this conversation. We recently submitted comments to the General Services Administration (GSA) in response to their request for public feedback around the use of plastic in both packaging and shipping by the federal government, where we outlined how sustainable packaging can effectively fulfill the needs of GSA’s contractors, while also helping grow the market and demand for these products.

Our mission is to replace unnecessary plastic currently in use within the packaging and food service supply chains with sustainable and environmentally-friendly alternatives, and conversations like these at GSA are crucial to moving closer to this goal.
