David Murgio serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer of Ranpak Holdings Corp. In this role, he is responsible for identifying and implementing initiatives to make Ranpak’s internal operations more environmentally sustainable, as well as partnering with Ranpak’s product management, sales, and marketing teams to identify opportunities to increase the sustainability of Ranpak’s product portfolio and communicate Ranpak’s approach to environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility to customers and other stakeholders.

Prior to joining Ranpak, Mr. Murgio served as Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel of One Madison Group LLC, as Investment Counsel at Harbinger Capital Partners LLC, and as an associate and then counsel in the Corporate Department at the law firm, Weil, Gotshal & Manges.

 

A graduate of Dartmouth College with a BA in Government, Mr. Murgio obtained an M.I.A. from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.  He currently lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and three sons.
